After
playing for a few months on our beloved GG server…we realized that after
hitting about 15,000 players, the server became a little laggy…after
reaching 20,000 players, the server became awfully laggy and we had a
hard time keeping new players interested to play in our GG server.
However, We have moved our awesome Gun Game Server to
a new hosting company, with more bandwidth, more features, and more
Gr|M!!!

Happy
Cinco De Mayo all you bastids. Yes it has been a long time since I
updated the home page so here goes. Out membership has increased and we
see a lot of folks playing css and a few other games. This is all good as
we are not a CS clan only. I have been trying to regain any CS skills I
had but to no avail. I think there are a few of us who are looking
forward to a more prosperous and organised season in CAL.
Of note is the up coming 2 year anniversary of the
Gr|M clan. Thats right it was two years ago that 2 brothers and some
other drunks got together to form The Brother's Gr|M. The Irish side is
now mainly a WoW guild whilst the Swedish team, having it's one year
anniversary on May 10th, is on hiatus as they regroup. Keep hoping for
world domination lads.. one pint at a time!

We have made a push into CAL: O for CS:S this time
around. A few people as always are posting applications and we hope that
our first season will be a good experience. Also we have a new war server
@ 64.237.39.212:27015 where we will be playing all of our matches.
Also of note is the promotion of Chokobo to leader
in the Gr|M NA side. Picking up the slack from that lazy Homer person who
just seems to do nothing for the clan. Tsk tsk... for shame!!! Also
please be patient as the site is being updated and the only page
up-to-date is this page.

A few of the Gr|M NA and European lads have picked
up WoW (World of Warcraft for the unintiated). We can be found on the
Uldulm realm NA side and Laughing Skull EU side. Nice to branch out to a
different game. Pop onto our forum to find out what out realm names are.

Well Chokobo has made it into the ranks of the NA
side. C-Lord went poof. Now all we need is roost and porsche back on
side.

Gr|M North America would like to welcome two new
recruits to the team. C-Lord and Chokobo. Both show a great deal of
promise and we expect to see them in some ladder action soon. Sounds
kinda of kinky doesn't it? Any we are pushing ahead and look forward to
newer and better things as time goes on. You may also get to see some new
mods on the server soon.

Well, been doing a lot of training on Tides the past
month and slowly moving up both the 2v2 & 3v3 TWL Ladders. Mostly due
to no shows, but we are getting to a point where we expect to play on a
regualr basis. Also in the works is a fresh recruitment drive to get
enough solid players so we cna start a 5v5 team on TWL and get some
scrimming going with a strong team.
Also good luck to both Gr|M Ireland and Gr|M Sweden
in the new Cal-E league. Go on the Gr|M!!! For thos interested we had a
great big scrim last weekend and are looking forward to a similar event
this weekend. maybe a bit og 16 v 16 madness and a shotty fest :-)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE Gr|M CLAN!!!! We are one year
old today!!! WHOOP WHOOP
And on that note, it is my pleasure to announce the
ever expanding Gr|M Empire. We now have a section in Sweden. A fitting
announcement on our first anniversary I think. They are class lads and
give the NA resident drinkers a run for their money.

We have added a new stats feature called HLstatsX.
It is a comprehensive compilation of stats that takes into account skill
level of players and assigns points for tasks completed. Defuse and
plating of bomb generate good stats whilst dropping bomb decreases your
stats. Enjoy.

An offer of congratulations to Marzie and Corpus (EU
side) for the new arrivals. Congrats to you both. At least some of us are
getting laid. There will soon be two new recuits .... and to deal with
this upsurge of activity the sons and daughters of Gr|M members will be
part of the Gr|M Spawn Squad.
On a sad note Gr|M have lost the number 1 spot in
the EU TWL to WFM. Unlucky lads, but next time try practicing!! On the EU
side of things we have entered Enemy Down ladder, and have signed up for
the new CAL: EU Source league. Things have been very active EU side, and
there is a slight rumor that forums may be merged. Awaiting news from
T@too, our EU ambassador, to solidfy deals of this.

We have now signed up for the TWL 3v3 pistols
ladder, and have jumped up due to a no show. Along with the 2v2 ladder
our hopes are that we will be able to get some match experience for our starts
and become acquainted with each other's style of play.

Well the NA Gr|M team had to pull out of the TWL 5v5
as we just werent getting enough people to play. So we have shifted focus
to the 2v2. Mostly no shows so far. But as we move up the ladders we will
gain experience and get used to each other's style of play.

Gr|M are number one in the TWL EU 5v5 Ladder. As a result
of finally beating WFM on tides the lads have reached the position they
deserve. Well played lads. Now everyone will be gunning for you.

After a few no shows on TWL and a couple of
successful matches, we have moved up to the 50's in TWL 5 v 5 and in the
60's in TWL 2 v 2.
We had a stellar showing in the de_train match, which
we won 16-6. Well played by all and sundry. Also in news is the glorious
return of{Gr|M} Haff and the promotion of Demon to regualr clan member.
There are some promising recruits and hope we will see many more players
as time goes on. Keep up the fraggin' men!!

We now have a US server. It is a 16 man 66 tick
server. Also in the works is the setup of a teamspeak server for us North
Americans. Until thren feel free to drop in on Irish TS.
